Jeff has more than 30 years of marketing strategy and analytics experience across all areas of the customer life cycle – acquisition, onboarding, cross-sell and retention. He specializes in understanding the buyer’s decision-making process and creating innovative marketing strategies focused on their behavior.
Industry experience includes financial services, insurance, telecommunications, travel, pharmaceuticals, entertainment and retail. Jeff has built multi-channel contact/offer strategies, designed entire creative packages, created new marketing services, analyzed campaigns and even developed campaign management software.
Jeff has an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Michigan and a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
